PaulyJen® wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We will happily accept unworn and unused merchandise, in its original packaging and in its original condition for an exchange within 14 days of the item being delivered.

Return Policy
Your return must be made within 14 days from the date you received your shipment.
Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.
PaulyJen® has the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.
Returns and exchanges will be processed within 10-20 business days of receipt.
We cover the costs for all orders shipping over $200, however, for any returned merchandise, it is the responsibility of the customer to pay for the postage and shipping fees.

Customers are responsible for their return shipments until the item has been received by us. Please ensure that all items are carefully packaged to prevent damage while in transit. If a bag is damaged during the return process due to insufficient packaging, the return may not qualify for a refund in accordance with our return policy.
