Exchange Policy

PaulyJen® wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We will happily accept unworn and unused merchandise, in its original packaging and in its original condition for an exchange on the original form of payment within 14 days.

Returns

Your return/exchange must be made within 14 days from the date you received your shipment.

Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.

PaulyJen® has the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements. Returns and exchanges will be processed within 10-20 business days of receipt.

We cover the costs for all orders shipping over $150, however, for any returned merchandise, it is the responsibility of the customer to pay for the postage and shipping fees.
