At PaulyJen®, we stand behind every bag we make. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of the date your order was delivered.
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In original condition and original packaging
- Not a sale or final sale item
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 10–20 business days.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as PaulyJen® is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during the return process.
Exchanges
Want a different color or style? We're happy to help with an exchange within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging
- Return shipping for exchanges is the customer's responsibility
How to Start a Return or Exchange
Email us at info@paulyjen.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.
Final Sale Items
All sale and discounted items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at info@paulyjen.com within 7 days of delivery and we'll resolve it promptly.
