PaulyJen wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Will happily accept unworn and unused merchandise, in it’s original packaging, for a refund on the original form of payment within 14 days for an exchange or store credit (electronic gift card) & may be returned by mail.

Your return/exchange must be made within 14 days from the date you received your shipment.

Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.

PaulyJen has the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements. Returns and exchanges will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
