Return Policy

PaulyJen wants you to be completely in love with your purchase. We will accept unworn and unused merchandise, in it’s original packaging within 14 days from the date you received your shipment. A full refund will be given either on the original form of payment or you may exchange your item or receive an electronic gift card. PaulyJen has the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.
SALE ITEMS & INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE.
Returns and exchanges will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
